This treehouse was custom designed by its architect with three dimensional chess in mind. Artisan architectural details are found throughout. This charming, country 1926 farmhouse sits atop rolling country fields just outside the village of Maiden Rock, and just a few miles to Stockholm, Pepin, & Red Wing, Mn. This farmhouse was purchased by the host's parents in 1987. While being raised here with 8 siblings, this home felt very small. After growing up and finding a life of her own, she found her way back home and has been putting her interior design skills to work on Little Square Farmhouse since 2008. #littlesquarefarmhouse
