Its interior has been carefully decorated to infuse a nostalgic mood into your holidays. Despite this, key facilities have been modernized to ensure a high degree of comfort. We even provide EV charging inside the premises so you may travel around to enjoy the beauty of the island without hassle.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

(330sq.ft) Large master bedroom, with 3 patio doors opening onto its own patio area, with stream and pond outside. King size bed, to chill and relax in. Twin room next door for other family members. Bathroom and kitchen off the spacious lounge area, with 2 leather chairs, and 3 seater leather settee. Travel cot, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Plenty of safe free parking.

The courtyard garden may be shared with guests staying in the neighbouring studio. Families/small groups travelling together can book both courtyard studios, subject to availability, to enjoy the shared garden. Generous parking suitable for cars, vans, trailers, and bikes. An ideal base for exploring the island, commuting, or relaxed stays near Douglas.

Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

Detached studio apartment finished to a very high standard. It’s comfortable, spacious, quiet and unique. With plenty of private off-road parking, steam room, double Juliette balconies and beautiful views. In the heart of Ramsey. A 5 minute walk to the TT course (if that’s your thing!). Ideal for walkers, cyclists, car and of-course motorbike enthusiasts . We have the Sulby river on our door step too!

Quiet Corner Cottage

Designed for two, this apartment offers a wonderful sense of light and space with its open-plan kitchen and its bedroom with patio doors leading onto the cottage gardens. This peaceful and tranquil accommodation has comfortable furnishings throughout and with its wide doors and spacious areas, offers access to disabled guests if required. The bed in the bedroom is King-sized.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.

The Miller's Farmhouse, Santon, Isle of Man

The Miller’s Farmhouse is set in peaceful woodland. Built in 1850 and recently restored, it combines heritage with modern comfort, including underfloor heating and a wood burner. Guests can enjoy the surrounding woodland, with off-road parking and a calm setting to relax.
