We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Close to the stunning North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads, this is a great base for exploring and visiting the local attractions. Whether it's a romantic mini-break, a holiday with the kids, or a base for exploring, The Barn offers a characterful, clean & comfortable retreat (and we have a great pub just down the road!) The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Get away from it all here at Hideaway Barn. Tucked away in the heart of Coltishall. A peaceful retreat. This little barn has the luxury of home from home features ensuring you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Coltishall has 3 great pubs, cafes, a butcher shop, a local shop, garage, pharmacy and an Indian and Chinese takeaway. The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

Cottage sleeping 4 + 2 set in 36 Acres of Meadows, Woodland, Wetlands, Lake, Stream & a very well equipped Gym. A well equipped, tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, former Gamekeepers residence. A natural haven is set down a long track and within the beautiful Broadland district (home to the Norfolk Broads and its wonderful wildlife), yet only a short drive/bus ride from the historic, cathedral city of Norwich, easy access to the outstanding North Norfolk Coast.

The Cart Shed

This accomodation is set within the property of a young family home in a small quiet village of Hainford. Facilities include kitchenette with utensils, small fridge/freezer, oven and a two ring hob, kettle and toaster. Complimentary teas, coffee and milk on arrival. There is a lounge, separate bedroom with double bed and dressing table, leading through to a washroom with shower facilities (toiletries not provided). No EV charge.
