Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

'Captain's Cabin' is a great base for exploring the incredible North Cornish coastline or relaxing on the decking with a good book and our homemade cream tea! You can walk across the meadows to Tintagel Castle, village pubs & cafes galore! Explore the lane up to National Trust land and the dramatic coastpath where you can head southwest for 3/4 of a mile to Trebarwith Strand or head in the other direction to Bossiney Beach, Rocky Valley & famous Boscastle Harbour.

Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets.
