NOTE: House Exterior is old, not yet restored. Fresh flowers, soft towels, high thread-count damask sheets. Lock on door. Simple breakfast: cereal, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, milk. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb. Off street parking is available for $10/night.

My relaxing "home away" guest room accommodates 1-2 adults for 2 days. My house is sanitized and clean. I am fully vaccinated and boosted and ask guests to be vaccinated also. My home has AC, lovely gardens and is a quiet relaxing environment. The guest room has a luxurious pillow top queen bed that ensures a good night’s sleep! Note: I am allergic to smoke- so smoking on the premises is not allowed. No pets or kids under age 14. Masks can be worn in the house if needed.

This is a private bedroom in my fully furnished historic home. I keep it super clean. One full bathroom shared with host and one other guest. Within a 5 min. walk to the Stony Brook Train, on the orange line. Lots of charm, on a safe quiet st, comfy bed, wood floors, 100% cotton bedding. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and parks. There is on street parking. Please be aware of street cleaning on Fridays and park accordingly. We have one cat in the house.
