The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains, a 4-minute drive from the ski resort. Cross-country trails are adjacent. Easy access to the state's most beautiful hiking and mountain biking, as well as swimming at Echo Lake and nearby golf. Three levels including a downstairs playroom, large yard, and front porch with the music of a babbling brook down the hill.

Named for the room where generations of women in our family worked at the loom, weaving linens for the beds, rugs & other household necessities. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.
