"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains, a 4-minute drive from the ski resort. Cross-country trails are adjacent. Easy access to the state's most beautiful hiking and mountain biking, as well as swimming at Echo Lake and nearby golf. Three levels including a downstairs playroom, large yard, and front porch with the music of a babbling brook down the hill.

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Rustic Log Cabin #7 - “Streamside” is one of two cabins on the far side of the Salmon Hole Brook. As you enter this romantic log cabin, a king size bed with ceiling fan rocker and loveseat greet you which are in front of the fieldstone fireplace! A two person corner style jacuzzi awaits you. While soaking in the tub you can see the wood burning fireplace. A kitchen completes this studio style log cabin. We are 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon Mountain.
