Vani se nalazi bazen s vrtnim namještajem i prostorom za roštilj, te dječje igralište i parking za više vozila. Bazen, kuća i dvorište su dostupni za korištenje samo vama. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC.
