Be prepared for small spaces and lots of stairs with breathtaking views of the Uintas that are nothing short of spectacular!

Hop on the Rail Trail, free public bus, or take a quick walk to shops, restaurants, City Park, hiking trails, Main Street, and the Ski Slopes!

This studio-loft condo is located in the Prospector Complex which is an ideal location within Park City. There are 2 bus stops are conveniently located on the complex perimeter that take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, the Canyons, or anywhere in town, and bus rides are free! 4 min drive to main street, or a short bus ride. Several coffee shops, restaurants, & grocery store within 5-10 mins walking. The historic union pacific rail trail runs right behind the complex.

Canyons Studio Ski-in/Ski-out - Sleeps up to 4

All-season getaway luxury and convenience in this beautifully appointed studio condo (360 sq. ft.) at the Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, ranked “Best Ski Resort” by Best of State Utah multiple times. Skiing and hiking are steps outside your door at the base of the Canyons Red Pine Gondola! After a great day of skiing, hiking, or mountain biking enjoy one of 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, or your own steam shower in the condo! Includes heated parking and there are no resort fees.

We'd love to host you in our Studio apartment with queen bed plus queen sleeper sofa to fit 4 comfortably. Tons of natural light and views- windows ALL have full pull down shades for privacy as well. Locked Storage closet for skis, bikes or luggage. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. Community includes splash pad, soccer fields, playground, boardwalk trails and biking trails. Free transportation throughout Park City via High Valley Transit.
