The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, two steps up so not disability friendly, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly.] There is a well equipped kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use. This fresh & spacious 1 bedroom (1 x Queen bed) guesthouse is nestled behind Alexandra Headlands. The beach is in easy proximity, along with eateries, transport & shops all only a short stroll away. It is an active, friendly neighbourhood, the perfect place to unwind & relax close to all the coast has to offer. The unit is next door to the main house with a separate entry.

Private, modern and spacious, with unlimited WiFi, Netflix. Air-conditioned self contained 1 bedroom guest suite, with its own separate entrance. The accommodation is on the lower level of our home, right next to the pool. Only 20 min walk to Noosa Main Beach & Noosa National Park 10 min walk. Not suitable for anyone who has a problem with stairs or other mobility issues.
