This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The holiday home "Gabelot" is located on the island of 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐜, 3km away from the ferry port of 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫, in a secluded olive grove surrounded by 5000 m2 of fenced area ideal for children for a beautiful vacation in the countryside, but not so far from the sea. The property is situated 150 m from the main road, 2 km from the city centre and 450 m from the sea. On this beautiful plot, there are two small houses which can accommodate up to 7 people.
