The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. Our home is located 1.9 miles to the ocean! It is in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking space. Our home has a cozy feel with touches of the coastal life. There is WiFi, tv’s provided in every bedroom and a fully functioning kitchen for those that love to dine in.
