This property is a small duplex with a private yard. The entrance is a shared space, you are welcome to use the left half of the shoe rack/coat hooks. Once in the entrance you'll see the door to the apartment which has an electronic lock on it. (code will be sent 24hrs. before check in) Apartment has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. The unit has designated parking with a private entrance. A fenced area is available if you have a fur baby with you.

The unit has been renovated and offers a queen bed, high speed internet, 43 inch tv, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, and brand new appliances. The open living and dining space offer table with chairs, loveseat and additional chair. Dining, grocery, and shopping amenities are close by.

Guest House

Guest house with one bedroom available. I occasionally live in the guest house to ensure everything is in working order. You will have the Guest house by yourself when you rent. I live full time in my Main house. Very private. I also have a nine year old female Lab, gentle, sweet dog. This property in rural, but only 3 miles from Jesup. I need a day's notice to ensure the guest house is ready for you. Rent is based on 1 or 2 guests.
