The Old Rock House Listed on the Historic Register

Charming Rock House built in 1896. Most all interior furnishings period correct, plus all modern amenities. Air conditioning, gas fireplace, and forced air heat in the bedroom. One full size antique Brass bed. Fold out loveseat for one. Two fridge, microwave, toaster oven. This place will take you back in time! Relaxing. We are corporate friendly. Biker friendly for our two wheel travelers. Plenty of room to pitch a tent. Covered patio for cooking or entertaining. Come and stay with us!

Peace and quiet await you in this off-grid cabin by the lake. Bring your kayak or paddle board and enjoy the water or enjoy a book on the porch. The Farm is a short, 15 minutes from Preston, Idaho. Five minutes from three reservoirs for fishing, or water sports. The unpaved road connects directly to scenic trail rides for hiking, biking, or your favorite off-road vehicle. Deer, elk, fox, and a variety of birds are just a few of the common neighbors. Several hot springs are also in the area.

This newly renovated, private basement apartment is located in the heart of Preston, half a block from the hospital and the famous Oneida Stake Academy. Within walking distance to a library, a grocery store, a park, and main street. Entire apartment is newly renovated, with walk-in custom tile shower, custom cabinets, granite countertops, 65" smart TV and laundry room. Great for medical students working at the hospital. Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is an air mattress available.
