Our space also includes a spacious fenced in yard and lovely patio. The cottage is nestled in Vista Cay Village. We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.
