Situated on a footpath and bridleway with immediate access to farmland walks, horse-riding and cycling routes, Wren is also only a short 5-15minute drive from the forest, beach walks, or exploring coastal and forest towns and villages. Wren is the ideal location to unwind for up to six guests (with a choice of double or twin beds in the main bedroom). Bring your friends, family, dogs & horses too

I hope you will find it stylish, elegant & cosy, and I hope you will love our amazing village, Milford on Sea. Our village is a true hidden gem, full of independent shops, restaurants & bars. Your accommodation overlooks the village green, and you're less than a mile from the beach!

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed plus two single beds if required, a bathroom, kitchen and 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi, TV& Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by. Book with our other units to sleep up to 8 guests.

New Forest Luxury Hideaway

The Salt Hut is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, time with a close friend or a solo adventure. A five minute drive to the centre of Lymington or the picturesque New Forest, and ten minutes away from the coastal village of Milford on Sea. You can discover the local area on foot using the network of countryside footpaths, one leads down to a great local pub, The Mill.

A cosy and tastefully equipped Shepherds Hut in a stunning south facing position with stunning outlook over our paddocks and located within the beautiful New Forest National Park. Enjoy fabulous sunsets while relaxing on your secluded deck. Tranquil and rural but having the convenience of a short walk to Sway village with 2 great pubs, cafe, local shops and the train station, providing good connections to London and local villages, all this only a few minutes walk from the hut.

Set on our family working farm in the New Forest National park, The Wooden House is the perfect place to relax and recharge, surrounded by nature. Beautiful views over fields and woodland, with an abundance of wildlife on the doorstep! On the outskirts of the village of Sway, with local shops, pubs, cafe & railway. Located behind our farmhouse, with private parking. Ideally situated close to the beautiful New Forest & coast, with the Georgian town of Lymington approx 4mls away.

The Glade at Ladyhill Vineyard near Winchester

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

The Onion Loft is located on the outskirts of Lymington, in the New Forest National Park. This beautiful scandi style small home is the perfect retreat for couples and families. A five minute drive to the center of Lymington or the picturesque New Forest and ten minutes away from the coastal village of Milford on Sea. Set in the heart of the beautiful New Forest, our charming cottage offers a peaceful and idyllic escape surrounded by nature. The cottage has three comfortable double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six guests. With a secure gated garden and five acres of land to enjoy, it’s perfect for relaxing countryside breaks. A fantastic pub and restaurant is just a two-minute walk away down the road or across our field.

Hackney Park First Floor Apartment

Hackney Park is situated in an idyllic setting in its own grounds adjoining the New Forest Park. Comfortable, well equipped, self-catering accommodation. Excellent area for touring and walking. Guests welcome to bring their own horse and dogs. Please be aware that as the property is in a rural area the internet might be slower than you are used to. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement.
