Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

So at the end of a long hike, soak in the hot tub overlooking the creek or build a fire and enjoy a quiet evening in the woods.

We tried to stay true to the original design... they just don't make little houses like this anymore. From snuggling up on the comfy couch in front of the TV and fireplace to sitting outside on the porch enjoying the outside breezes...My husband and I think you will love our little house.

There is also a beautiful fire propane gas fireplace on the back porch as well. The home is located near a local Amish Community, Bilgers Rocks, Gobblers Knob, Cook Forest, Elk County Visitor Center (Elk watching), it is approximately an hour drive to State College and two hours to Pittsburgh.
