The HOA pool is available summer only. The HOA hot tub is available 10am-8pm year round and is about a 5 minute drive from the townhouse.

We are close to great restaurants, 3 miles to Heavenly & 4 miles to the casinos and Heavenly Village! Walk to the lake right from our place!
