Kesklinn on umbes 1 km kaugusel (ca 15 minuti jalutuskäik). Korteri juurde kuulub privaatne parkimiskoht, seega parkimise pärast pole vaja muretseda. Korteris saab majutada kuni 4 täiskasvanut või ema-isa koos kahe lapse ning imikuga. Lubatud on lemmikloomad. Korteris on olemas mööbel, köögitehnika, nõud, rätikud, voodipesu. Magamiseks on 140 cm lai kaheinimesevoodi, avaras elutoas 140 cm lai lahtikäiv diivan-voodi. Laste mänguväljak 200 m eemal.
