There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. The mill makes its own electricity, which supplies Leat Cottage, so everything from your cup of tea to your hot shower is water-powered. The River Tone flows directly under the mill so you are also right next to the water. Large private garden & parking too.
