The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Isness is an upmarket, semi rural, open plan home set on a rural lifestyle block in Te Horo, Kapiti Coast. Cycle and walking trails/pathways are moments from the property, including bridle tracks (there is ample room to park horse floats and small paddocks/areas for your horse to graze if required). Stay put, create memories and soak up the atmosphere or explore the surrounding area - just minutes from the beach, the Tararua's, the stunning Otaki river, various cafes, eateries and shopping.

Lovely large 4 bedroom house - one block back from the beach - excellent amenities - four bedrooms - and outdoor area including outdoor fire (and indoor fire) outside furniture - two living areas - can accommodate 2 to 4 families. Master bedroom with ensuite, guest bedroom (Queen bed) and two more bedrooms with a bunk and queen or double bed in each. BBQ, gas cooking, two living areas large TV, DVDs and even a fooseball table. Suit up to four couples (+ children) needing a weekend away

Kokomea - means the glow of the sunset. This is a private peaceful property with a pleasant rural outlook towards the Hemi Matenga ridge. The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

Glamping At Johns Hut, Country Pines

Johns Hut is located in our private manuka and forestry block. It is an idyllic spot with hundreds of acres to explore and with only native birds to join you. There is hot water for you to enjoy for outdoor showers and baths but no electricity and no phone reception, so you can truly relax and unwind. There is a large outdoor fire, self contained kitchen and plenty of beds - all beautifully restored in their rustic form. We would love to host you in our spot of heaven!

Seven minutes walk from Otaki Beach. Relax and unwind on your own private deck off our newly built sunny garden guest suite. Our self-contained suite is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We provide a comfy bed and optional cooked breakfast. As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.
