Kerikeri Studio is fully self contained, newly constructed, modern, and looks north over farmland with sea views to the Cavalli Islands. It is located beside the Doc track to Taronui Lagoon. The Super king bed can be separated into 2 beds. Surrounded by mature gardens and birdsong. Full kitchen and covered outdoor BBQ cooking area. No cleaning fee. I ensure the property is well prepared for all stays. EV charging available. I 'm happy to help plan Kiwi watching and local hike advice.

Tranquil farm & garden cottage near Kerikeri.

Located in country close to Kerikeri, in park-like gardens within a small cattle & sheep farm. Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, Wifi, TV. Well located for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. Continental breakfast ingredients are available for guests' preparation.

Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Get ready for family fun in this peaceful 3 bedroom home. Overlooking the Rangitane reserve, watch from the deck as the kids play tennis or swing at the playground. Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. Kayak around the inlet and catch a snapper, or wander the nearby bushtracks. Listen out for the local kiwi at night.

Architectural Bush Haven

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located minutes drive from Opito Bay and Doves bay, you will be at peace amongst the bird song and native bush in this architecturally designed studio. A custom built ladder takes you to the bedroom and an office/ reading space in the sun. This unique situation is fun and more for the adventurous, able bodied. If you are unable to make it upstairs there is a quality fold out couch you can use as a bed in the living area.

Fabulous fishing from the property and see native Kiwi pottering around at night.

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

The Cowshed Cottage
