*Owners live on site, are available to answer questions and provide assistance, but give guests their privacy. *The sleeping porch is not heated. *Cooking is limited. *There are 3 rentals on the property. All have access to the pool/jacuzzi. *Riley, the world's sweetest dog, lives on the property. *Parents, the pool is unfenced and there are no vertical posts in the stair railings. *To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, only registered guests are allowed on the property. *No pets. *No smoking.

You'll live in a luxury RV horse trailer just like on the road top rodeo bull riders, barrel racers and other equestrians. Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Conveniently located near Temecula Wine Country, Old Town Temecula, and Pechanga, we are close to everything but still very secluded. Small dogs are allowed for a fee of $50 - passed on to our cleaning company for additional cleaning between guests. Unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy sensitivities. Located on a fully fenced property The Roadhouse has everything you need for a fantastic wine country getaway. Don’t forget to get up early and check out the hot air balloons. They land outside our fence most days!

NOTE: THE FIREPLACE IS INOPERABLE. GUESTS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO USE THE AREAS AROUND THE POOL BUT SWIMMING IS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO LIABILITY.
