I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Attention: this is not a sterile Airbnb apartment. I am renting out my home when I'm traveling. Please handle the space with the same care as you would do to your own home. The studio apartment is located in a quiet side street of Neukölln, within few minutes walking distance from the metro Hermannstr (U8 and Ring train). The infamous Tempelhof airfield, as well as bars, cafes and restaurants are closeby. It is located on the 4th floor and is light-flooded with windows facing north and south.

Mein Zuhause ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die zentral gelegen ist und vor 5 Jahren komplett renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, weiteren Küchengeräten uvm. Sie liegt an einem Park mit Teich und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, was sie noch schöner und heller macht! Den Sonnenuntergang sieht man täglich wunderschön vom Wohnzimmer & Balkon aus. Vor kurzem haben wir für das Wohnzimmer einen neuen TV und einen Teppich gekauft!

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of one of the best districts in Berlin, Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, you will live cozy and quite. You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Our accommodation is close to all the popular cafés and bars around the Bergmann- and Gräfekiez, as well as Kreuzkölln (Curry 36, Mustafas Gemüse Döner, Room 77). It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, to the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by
