The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooktop, dishwasher & full size fridge. The bedrooms have plenty of hanging space & storage. The living area has an air con for the summer & winter. Bathroom has a bath & separate shower. A small amount of toiletries & kitchen essentials are provided until you can restock.

This newly renovated 3-bedroom cottage is only footsteps to the historic Morpeth village and 5 minute drive to the new Maitland Hospital. Browse boutiques, enjoy a coffee in one of the many quaint cafes, relax with a picnic along the banks of the Hunter River, restaurants, wine bar and heritage pubs at your doorstep. Gouig Cottage is only a 30 min drive to Newcastle and 40 min to Pokolbin.

It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

Fantail Villa at Woodlane Cottages Lovedale

Fantail Villa is a duplex self contained one bedroom villa situated on our tranquil 24 acre property. The villa has its own gas BBQ on your private verandah with both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The villa has a slow combustion wood fire to enjoy, with wood supplied only during the cooler months of May to September. From October to April guests can enjoy use of our refreshing 12 metre saltwater swimming pool, this is a shared pool between the other 3 x cottages on our property
