La casa di Filomena si trova in pieno centro a Termoli, al piano terra ed ha due entrate indipendenti, di cui una su strada privata con sbarra e parcheggio riservato. E' stata completamente ristrutturata ed offre tutti i comfort (Wi-Fi, TV, climatizzatori, lavatrice e lavastoviglie). Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, dal porto (imbarco Isole Tremiti), dalle spiagge di Rio Vivo e Sant'Antonio, dal borgo antico e dalla zona del "passeggio" con vari e numerosi locali.

This antique, tiny, cozy and calm little house, belonged - indeed - to zia Maddalena, has been totally renewed and it's located at around one-hundred meters form the historic center of the wonderful village of Civitanova del Sannio. It is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a day-bed, a smaller bedroom with a one-place bed and a bathroom with a shower. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.
