Impeccable private bathroom with shower. Work area. Dining room for 4 people. High speed WiFi and TV with Netflix. Air conditioning to keep you cool on hot Madrid days with heat pump for cooler days. Heaters are also available. Washing machine for private use. You will find items at tenant's disposal, but please note that they are only for your arrival so they are small size items. This applies also for kitchen basics. Access with smart lock using a link. This room is for non touristic use. Seasonal accommodation, also available for long stays.
