ONE OF THE MOST UNIQUE PROPERTIES IN CENTRAL TEXAS! Nestled privately on a cliff overlooking Canyon Lake, you will be surrounded by wildlife, panoramic views, and your own private spring fed grotto. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screen porch, hike down to the lake on the nature trail used by deer and fox, and watch a spectacular Texas sunset with a view that spans from the dam to the Twin Sister peaks. We are located less than 4 miles from the Horseshoe and Whitewater Amphitheater.

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

We have two kayaks available to explore the Brazos or just dive in. Lake Whitney is just 5 minutes away to swim, boat, or ski. It boasts an open floorplan with full kitchen, queen bedroom, loft with two twin beds, brand new HotTub, satellite TV, WiFi, Netflix, outdoor games, fire pit, and large porch to watch the sunset and farm animals.
