Pedernales River Guesthouses - Blue

Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee!

Lake House Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Rosie's Ranch Retreat

Rest and relax with Rosie (mini horse) and her mini friends (including 2 miniature Highland cows) in our cozy cabin on our 20-acre horse ranch. Wi-Fi, 2 smart TV's, washer/dryer, queen bed, twin bed and XL bean bag that folds out into a king floor bed are all provided. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Use the gas grill on the covered front porch that looks out onto Rosie's pasture. Bring your fishing poles to catch some fish in the pond.

It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Casita - Willow House Guest House

This unique place has a style all its own. Close to Bishop Arts and Downtown our guest house has all the privacy and convenience you need. Thru your private entrance you walk past the waterfall pond, under an arch of tree vines, into a cozy and updated home. Outside at the end of the wraparound porch you’ll find a private fire pit. On the rooftop there’s a 2 person hot tub with incredible views of the city and Dallas National Golf Club.
