Local shops and restaurants are nearby, though the area is quiet. Electricity is charged separately (at cost price) for month long stays. Any questions just ask.

HUA HIN New private salt water pool

The villa has been renovated in november 2015; new big salt water pool with own children section. New windows and doors, a new bedroom with private bathroom. In 2017 the kitchen was renovated and 10 sqm extra space. In 2018 two more bathrooms was added to the bedroom 2 and 3, all bedrooms have now private bathrooms. Regular renovation has been done annually last in April 2026. Please note that some of the reviews for this house is before the renovation.
