All your entertainment needs are covered with the Coffin Bay Yacht club located just out the front gate, Oyster HQ, 1802 Oyster Bar, Beachcomber and the Coffin Bay Hotel all within walking distance, There are endless options of 'things to do' while staying at the Espy. Lincoln BNB

Welcome to our Boho styled countryside Bnb. It is just over 1km from the CBD and foreshore. Our fully fenced 1.3 acre garden/yard makes a wonderful place for children and pets to play on the lawn and Swings. It features outdoor living with a large deck and BBQ and seating under the trees too. The rural outlook features Winter Hill lookout and a glimpse of the sea down through Happy Valley. Sand-boards and boogie boards are also available to use too

Honeysuckle Cottage

Cosy, daggy shack in central Coffin Bay. Super comfortable. Surrounded by productive (and slightly messy) permaculture gardens full of birds. Watch them enjoy the bird bath from the house. Help yourself to herbs for fresh tea. Walking distance to everything and only 100m from the IGA and 200m from the Yacht Club, water's edge and children's playground. 400m to Oyster HQ. Honeysuckle Cottage is a classic beach shack. Light-filled, relaxed and airy.
