With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Relax as the sea breeze and sound of the surf are all at your doorstep. We have just added a 55 inch Smart TV and now have WiFi . (Log in details given when booked). Please note the our place is cleaned by a certified cleaner where the upmost care is taken to ensure you feel confident that hygienic procedures have been followed.
