Its a beautiful little park, there is internet access with prepaid cards in this park, just look for ETECSA internet cafe, or go to the Iberostar Grand Hotel to purchase a wifi card.

Beautiful Plaza Carrillo where you can sit in the beautiful garden and access WiFi 24hrs. But you must first buy WiFi access card from either the ETECSA internet cafe in the corner of the plaza, or from the bar at the Iberostar grand hotel also in the plaza on the north corner.
