Historical restaurant of the popular Rome of Testaccio, others typical dishes cooked in the old way as the Roman artichoke or the bucatini (type of pasta pierced similar to spaghetti) to the "amatriciana". If you eat the bucatini remember to ask for the bib!

Good restaurant for typical food. The name is derived from the type of pasta that in Rome is used to eat with Amatriciana sauce.
