We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Floréal area. Over the past two decades, La Clef des Champs has established itself as a landmark in the island’s gastronomic landscape. Jacqueline Dalais, the Chef, is known to be the Chef to the Stars! She has an impressive library of self-created recipes.
