This is pretty much the only beach we ever go to. You can take a dollar van on Flatbush can sometimes take you there, otherwise take the B41 to the Q35 and you're there!

There's a water taxi downtown in the Financial District that gives quick trips during the day to Governors Island. Great views of the Statue of Liberty. Check out local events that happen throughout the year including music an art fairs.
