The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Explore or just relax in this cosy 5* retreat!

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

There is a menagerie of animals to meet + wildlife, lakes, stream and woodland. Views to open farmland, parking. Perfectly situated, near Okehampton, for exploring Dartmoor and the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall including Bude , Widemouth and Sandymouth . 1 double bed ,1 single bed and travel cot. Escape to our couples only Tiny House on the edge of Dartmoor. Spend your days exploring the moors, then return to soak in your wood fired hot tub overlooking the fields. For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

Relax and unwind in this unique and idyllic treehouse, nestled into the trees and overlooking the lakes. This tranquil cabin is the perfect place to switch off and escape your busy everyday life. It is set within 45 acres of private woodland which you can explore right from your doorstep. Reconnect with nature, enjoy reading a book from the snuggly bed or sofa, dine outside on the terrace overlooking the lakes or take a warm soak in the outdoor bath, this is a truly special getaway

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Rural Farm Retreat

Reconnect with nature at our peaceful 3-bedroom caravan on Northcote Manor Farm, a smallholding reached via a private 600m lane in West Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor. Enjoy far-reaching views to Exmoor from the decking, complete with outdoor seating. Sleeps 6 (1 double, 2 twin), with equipped kitchen, lounge, TV, shower room and separate WC. Peace is only interrupted by resident donkeys Teabag, Woolly & Dave and the occasional visit from our free-range chickens.

Based on a traditional 500 acre farm, Rookery Retreat is a unique shepherds hut nestled in a your own acre of oak woodland, a secret thousand year old time capsule. The smeg hob, wood burning stove, walk in rain shower, double bed with memory foam mattress and two person stone resin bath are what bring homely indulgence to an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Detached cottage on the edge of Dartmoor. Located down a bumpy farm lane, adjacent to a private equestrian smallholding. Dogs welcome. Well equipped kitchen, good quality sofas and beds, unlimited superfast WiFi, reserved car parking space with EV charge point (see ^ below), gas central heating and wood burning stove for a cosy winter stay, air-conditioning for a comfortable summer stay.
