Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. The Chez Heron. A small gothic castle in Chaumont

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.

Enjoy our brand new 2023 24x48 2 bedroom, camp in our quiet, family owned park. Directly on the water. Watch ships glide by while you drink your coffee on the front porch or from the patio table. Includes kayak launch and docks for fishing. Empire State pass available for easy boat launching and visiting local state parks. Located 3 miles from Alexandria Bay. Wolfe's Kountry Kottage is a short walk away at the top of the property.
