A home away from home. Main floor apartment. House is on top of a hill, so even though your in the city, it does not feel like it. Key less entry by code given. Desirable area close to downtown Port Arthur district. Parks, Entertainment, Local shops, Grocery stores, Casino & Marina all in walking distance to this historical area of Thunder Bay. Very short drive to University, Hospital, Golf course & Intercity Mall/Thunder Center.

In a school zone, safe neighborhood. Less than 5 min from 2 highway exits.

This newly renovated home is very close to Lakehead University, Regional Hospital, Thunder Bay Community Auditorium, downtown and there is a playground right across the street. This home has a private front entrance with keyless entry and a private driveway. We have WIFI, Disney+ and DAZN (sports streaming site). If you require a pack n’ play, please advise before arrival to make sure we can accommodate the request.
