With outstanding views from the cosy interior we are sure you will have a wonderful break in this peaceful cottage. The cottage is detached, self contained & set away from the owners house with direct access to public footpaths.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! This listing is categorically not suitable for groups of singles. Sadly no dogs or children under 16. Our cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly.
