The cottage offers a comfortable base for exploring the historic town of Petworth, the beautiful Sussex countryside.and is an ideal base for attending the many events at the Goodwood Estate.The property is situated in the middle of the town, conveniently backing on to the carpark. This is free from 6pm-8am, and £2.60 for the entire day. There are pubs and restaurants walking distance from the cottage.

Gorgeous gardens to relax in. Situated at the foot of the South Downs, perfect for lovely walks. The River Rother is 10 minutes on foot and offers magical wild swimming. Close by are picturesque towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Arundel, while the beaches of the South Coast are a 30 minute drive.

With many local vineyards to visit Sussex is the largest producer of many award winning English Wines. Located in an International Dark Skies Reserve, one of only 21 in the world. Welcome/breakfast pack provided (includes bread, butter, jam, cookies, cereal, milk) plus tea and coffee.

A tranquil getaway. Amazing walks/cycling straight from the doorstep across vineyards and great local pub only 5 mins walk! Perfectly located for Cowdray, Goodwood, the market towns of Petworth and Midhurst, plus The South Downs way. Only 30 minutes away from the Coast. The house is also our home, so has a welcoming feel.
