Located just off US-29 and US-460, this private downstairs studio apartment is less than 4 miles from the airport, Liberty University, restaurants and shopping. Guests will have their own access to the downstairs space using a separate keypad entry. The property is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with several cul-de-sacs to enjoy walks. One bedroom/ terrace apartment. Apartment has a full kitchen and deck area. There is a private parking space (room for two cars) and private entrance. The bedroom has a full bed. There is also a full air mattress for extra guests. The bathroom is off of the bedroom. We are about 6 minutes from Liberty University, 8 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Lynchburg College and 20 minutes from the hospitals. Discounts are given for stays seven or more days. The television is a Roku.

You’ll love staying in this bright open airy loft with mid-century modern decor in the heart of Downtown Lynchburg, Va. This loft is huge, but is currently only set up for two guests. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed, closet, and sitting area. As this loft is above a few other lofts, we ask that guests do not have extra people over, as it bothers the tenants and guests underneath this loft, and that they remove shoes in the loft Accessible only by one set of stairs

Beautiful, spacious, private backyard with porch swing, tree swing, and outdoor lighting. Includes kitchenette with fridge/freezer, Keurig, microwave, toaster, small convection oven (big enough to cook a frozen pizza), as well as a small supply of snacks/breakfast items. Gorgeous tile bathroom renovated in June of 2026 with large walk in shower. Couch and loveseat for relaxing. Hulu and Netflix included, as well as board/card games. Includes desk area for studying/working.

Beautiful, large 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sunset views. Full kitchen with Keurig Coffee, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, and refrigerator. The large family room has seating for 11 while you watch cable TV. Please NO SMOKING on these premises. Swimming pool MAY be available. The pool is our families, but it often works out that my guests can use it. You must communicate your wishes and we will see it's availability. An outdoor grill is available.
