Proprietatea dispune de un corp principal de 90 mp. complet mobilat si utilat, 2 dormitoare, 1 living open-space, piscina incalzita, statie de incarcare EV si AC. Toata locuinta poate fi controlata din telefon, exista WiFi in zona piscinei, platforme streaming gratuit. In sezon puteti culege legume proaspete BIO direct din gradina, sau face plimbari cu bicicleta.

This Villa has 2 private entrance, only one entrance is available for our guests and it has an amazing space outdoors and indoors, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. Your day here can be enjoyed from early morning watching the sunrise from the balcony until sunset with plenty of space to move. Pink House is ideal to spend time in nature and relax. Any kind of parting is complitely prohibited. Villa built in American Style, with an open living room connected to the kitchen and the upper bedrooms by an interior stair. The living room has a fire place and extra large windows getting to the backyard. The kitchen is very spacious with an island in the middle and a large table. The exterior space is very generous and green. Ideal for hosting large groups.
