Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Disposta su 2 livelli: al piano terra bagno di servizio con lavatrice, cucina e soggiorno con divano tv. Al piano superiore bagno con doccia ampia e 3 camere da letto.Complessivamente può ospitare 7 persone. Area esterna: ampio patio per pranzare all'esterno con tavolo e barbecue, giardino con dondolo/sdraio e scaletta per scendere in spiaggia

Torre Alta: antica dimora in pietra con vista mare

L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Villa Franca è ubicata a circa 850 metri di altitudine e si affaccia su una balconata sulla Valle del Mercure cerchiata da est a sud dalla catena del Pollino. L'abitazione dispone di un ampio salone con comodo divano letto, cucina attrezzata con camino completa di elettrodomestici, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno, ampio porticato, barbecue esterno. Data la posizione, è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti le gole del Lao per rafting, monte Pollino per escursioni e le terme di Latronico
