The annex has a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, self check-in, free parking, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Across the road you’ll find river walks, a recreation field and easy access to the River Lyd. Lifton village has pubs, a shop, post office & a popular Farm Shop nearby.

The barn is located in Lifton with easy access to the coast and countryside. The nearest beach is 18 miles away, with Tavistock a short drive away. There's a pub, restaurant, a village shop and ' Strawberry Fields' voted the best large farm shop in the UK, less than two miles away. A hot tub in the barn’s private garden overlooks the stunning countryside.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction. The Gatehouse, Bradstone Manor

Stay in a Grade 1 listed Jacobean gatehouse, set in marvellous Devon countryside - a perfect place to unwind. The silence and stars at night are breathtaking. Our land has far reaching views to Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and then slopes down to the Tamar river. You can walk over the 600 acre farm, or take to the nearby moors! The beaches of North Devon and Cornwall are only 45 minutes away.

‘The Stables’ cosy cottage with logburner

Unwind, relax, settle into rural farm life, soak up the sun, star gaze... The Stables is a cosy, open-plan cottage with a log burner, on the edge of the farmyard on our peaceful, working farm, along with The Granary holiday cottage, and the main farmhouse. We welcome you with a traditional Devonshire cream tea in your cottage - an essential when visiting Devon!

Private entrance. Secluded gardens. Close to the town centre and access to the A388. Well behaved pets allowed. Access to small gym. Free WiFi.
