Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.
