It has recently been updated with new paint and furniture and includes a very comfortable king bed on the main floor, a comfortable queen bed in the loft, and a futon pull out couch. We are within walking distance to all of the must see destinations, steps from fine dining, art galleries, bars and shops. *The house is located next to a commercial square, which has a restaurant on the terrace, people in the restaurant can look to the patio of the house, which limits the privacy a little. In addition, they sometimes have special events with music that is heard in the courtyard of the house.

(unless the previous renter broke or lost it). Playa los Cerritos is a familiar beach and one of the best spots for surf beginners as well as the experienced.
