The soulful dwelling is mid-century modern style w/ expansive decks, lush gardens, outdoor space & a serene, yet hip, interior including a cozy living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

There's even a doggy door for your medium or smaller furry friend. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. This cozy farmhouse (called the Schoolhouse) at Stemple Creek Ranch in West Marin is not to be missed. It is a few miles from the ocean and boasts two bedrooms, a private garden and covered patio, and views of the countryside that stretch for miles. We also have three other houses on site for larger groups (Cottage for 2 is "Rustic Studio Cottage" and Cabin for 4 is "Rustic Cabin " and Farmhouse for 10 is "Zia's Farmhouse").
