The studio has everything you need. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample street parking. There is a separate entrance to the studio. Walking distance to Vincentia shops, restaurants, cafes and bushwalking and bikes trails A perfect place to relax and unwind

Bay & Basin Staycation

This stylish place to stay is perfect for getaways and people passing through who need an overnight stay to break up the journey. The unit has a kitchenette equipped with a 1 Burner Ceramic Cooktop, Convection Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee Machine/Milk Frother and Ice Cube Machine. Supplied is complimentary tea and coffee also. Shampoo/Conditioner and bath soaps and Towels are also included. The coffee table does also convert to a table for dining. Instructions are in the welcome pack.

The studio is attached to the end of our house with its own driveway and private separate entrance on eight acres. Private undercover patio screened to ensure your privacy. One queen size bed with linen supplied. Ensuite with shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied. Kettle, toaster and small fridge. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and bottled water are supplied. Plenty of parking for cars, vans and boats. We are situated five minutes from Huskisson, beaches, shops and cafes.

A perfect space just for one, a couple or small family with an infant. Ideal for travellers, short stays, for business people and local vistors. When you don’t need extra rooms to be on holdiays or to rest up and be comfortable. Little Loralyn Studio is a fully equipped small place with a private enclosed courtyard and outdoor area, located across the road from the waterways of St Georges Basin. Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.
