Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly positioned within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Jampot Cottage is located within walking distance to Laurel Bank Park, St Marys and Glennie Schools. Both the Toowoomba CBD, Toowoomba Hospital and Clifford Gardens shopping centre are also just a stones throw away. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry are provided as well as a dedicated work space.

Please note the loft is not suitable to old ages, the second bedroom is designed for yaunger children. The property is located in a fantastic point of Toowoomba.

"Luton House" is the ideal location to enjoy everything Toowoomba has to offer.

Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.

East Toowoomba - cottage

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself.
